Structural Prediction of Babesia bovis HAP2
Predicted full-length HAP2 with AlphaFold2; RMSD 1.263 Å against the published ectodomain.Predicted the full-length HAP2 protein of Babesia bovis using AlphaFold2 and aligned it against the published ectodomain (Rahman et al.), reaching an RMSD of 1.263 Å. Analyzed conservation of membrane-fusion motifs under roughly 27% sequence identity; published a full writeup on Cells and Civics.

Structural Prediction of the LasR LBD–QslA Complex
Predicted the LasR ligand-binding domain–QslA complex with AlphaFold2 and analyzed it in ChimeraX.Predicted the 3D structure of the LasR ligand-binding domain in complex with QslA (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) using AlphaFold2, then analyzed structural features relevant to dimerization and ligand binding in quorum-sensing regulation using ChimeraX.
